Tom Havrilla formed Demand Realty on February 21, 1982 to provide full-time real estate service in the Greater New Orleans area, including listing and selling of Residential and Commercial Property, leasing and managing of residential and commercial properties and the sale of foreclosed (REO) Properties. Representing that first time buyer to the savvy investor is a major responsibility and we take this responsibility very serious. Since day one, Havrilla believed that full-time representation was paramount to successful real estate activity with heavy emphases on continued education by our associates , and that focus has remained in full effect since the company started. We encourage our associates to increase their knowledge in our industry by being involved in continued education on a regular basis and to share our knowledge and experience with our clients as well as our peers. Since first opening the company, Demand Realty has branched to include representing government agencies, as their management and sales broker and continues to represent local and National lending institutions in the sale of their foreclosed (REO) properties. Demand Realty now has offices in Louisiana and Mississippi and all associates are Members of the National Association of Realtors, the Louisiana Realtors Association or the Mississippi Realtors Association and the related local Board of Realtors. All Demand Realty associates are licensed Realtors.
