- Walk through property and run comparable properties to come up with a Fair Market Rent
- Advertise your property
- Run credit and back ground checks for potential occupants
- Lease single family, multifamily, or commercial properties
- Prepare Leases
- Assist with all maintenance and/or repair issues
- Collecting rents
- Prepare monthly statements with detailed expense report and mail check to owner
- Handel evictions when necessary
